Shipping & Refund Policy
On-site service delivery, cancellation requests, refunds, duplicate payments and customer rights for Wisman Renovation.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Business and service delivery
17652461 Canada Inc., operating as Wisman Renovation, provides renovation and property development planning and coordination services. Business Number: 707706362. Business contact address: Suite 1400, 90 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Mississauga, ON L5B 3C3, Canada. This policy concerns on-site services and the procurement, supply or installation of materials and equipment included in an accepted project agreement.
2. Materials and delivery arrangements
The project agreement identifies what is to be supplied, who procures it, delivery or collection responsibilities, site access and installation arrangements. Any delivery-related charges must be identified in the accepted pricing or an agreed change. Dates and lead times depend on the actual materials, suppliers and project requirements. Confirm storage, access and any handling constraints before arranging delivery to the property.
3. How to request cancellation or a refund
Email johnathan@wismanrenovation.com with “Cancellation” or “Refund” and your project or invoice reference in the subject. Include your name, the property or project reference, the agreement or invoice concerned, the payment date and amount if relevant, and the request you want considered. You may also call (226) 220-6455. Please do not include bank-account details, full card details or online-banking credentials in the request. A written request helps maintain a clear record; it is not intended to restrict a legally permitted cancellation method.
4. How project requests are assessed
Requests are considered against the accepted agreement, project stage and applicable law. Relevant records may include work actually completed, materials genuinely ordered, whether an order can be cancelled or returned, and supplier commitments. Those factors do not automatically create a charge or remove an entitlement to a refund. Any amount said to be owing must have a lawful basis and be explained with the relevant project information. This policy does not impose a universal cancellation charge or restocking fee.
5. Statutory cancellation and refund rights
Applicable Ontario consumer cancellation, cooling-off, disclosure and refund rights remain available. Different rights may apply depending on how and where an agreement was made and the circumstances of the request. Where a statutory right applies, the law governs the result and any required timing, even if project materials have been ordered or a contract says otherwise. You do not have to accept an alternative credit where a refund is legally required.
6. Duplicate payments and overpayments
If you believe a payment was duplicated, applied to the wrong invoice or exceeds the amount due, contact us with the invoice reference and payment date, amount and reference. The payment must be reconciled against the project records. A verified duplicate or overpayment is to be corrected by the appropriate refund or, where you agree, an identified credit. Do not make a second payment simply because you have not yet received confirmation of the first.
7. Outcome and refund arrangements
The response should explain the assessment, any calculation and the proposed resolution. If a refund is due, the amount and a suitable method are confirmed with you through an appropriate channel. Timing depends on the applicable legal requirements and the actual payment method; no universal processor turnaround is represented by this policy. If more information is needed, the request should identify what is required. Contact johnathan@wismanrenovation.com if you wish to raise a concern about the outcome.
8. Contract cancellation and payment authority
A request to cancel project work is separate from asking about an invoice, requesting a refund or changing payment instructions. A project agreement does not by itself authorize unrestricted withdrawals. Any separately authorized payment arrangement has its own applicable requirements. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights or prevent you from using a remedy provided by law.
