Payment & Deposit Policy
Project-specific CAD pricing, deposits, milestone invoices, final balances and payment instructions for Wisman Renovation customers.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Supplier and payment basis
The legal supplier is 17652461 Canada Inc., operating as Wisman Renovation. Business Number: 707706362. Business contact address: Suite 1400, 90 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Mississauga, ON L5B 3C3, Canada. Payments must relate to the customer’s accepted written project agreement and genuine issued invoices. Contact johnathan@wismanrenovation.com or (226) 220-6455 about payment arrangements.
2. Canadian-dollar pricing and taxes
Quotations and invoices state amounts in Canadian dollars. The quotation and invoice identify applicable taxes and explain whether the quoted amount includes them. The actual tax information on the supplier’s issued documents governs the transaction, subject to law. A business identification number shown on this website is not a representation of an HST registration.
3. Deposits and project schedules
Any deposit, purpose for the deposit and related payment timing must be specified in the accepted agreement. The amount depends on the project’s actual scope and arrangements. Progress invoices identify the work or milestone being billed and follow the agreed schedule, subject to mandatory law. The website does not establish a standard deposit percentage or universal payment deadline.
4. Invoice details and final balance
Review the supplier, customer and project details, invoice number, billed scope or milestone, CAD amount, applicable taxes and payment requirements before paying. The final balance follows the accepted agreement, relevant completion arrangements, prior payments and any lawful holdback. Ontario Construction Act requirements, including proper-invoice, prompt-payment and holdback provisions, apply where required and are not displaced by an individual invoice or this policy.
5. Changes to the price or work
A written change should identify the revised work, any price adjustment and any effect on the schedule or payments. Changes must be agreed before the additional work proceeds, subject to applicable law. An invoice or general website statement does not authorize an unagreed extra charge. Applicable consumer estimate protections continue to apply.
6. Obtaining and verifying payment instructions
Use the invoice-information page, email johnathan@wismanrenovation.com with “Invoice” and your invoice number in the subject, or call (226) 220-6455. Ask for the instructions that apply to your particular issued invoice. Verify any unexpected change to payment details using this published telephone number before transferring funds. Do not send online-banking passwords or full card or bank-account information through an ordinary inquiry message.
7. Questions, duplicate payments and refunds
Raise an invoice question with the invoice reference and the item you want clarified. Keep copies of the invoice, relevant correspondence and payment confirmation. Tell us if a payment appears duplicated, incorrect or excessive so it can be reconciled. The Shipping & Refund Policy explains how to request a refund or correction. Raising a question does not remove applicable legal notice requirements, payment rights or remedies.
8. Payment authorization
Accepting a construction or renovation agreement is not unrestricted authority to debit an account. A payment must follow the method, amount and authorization applicable to that invoice. No automatic bank-debit arrangement or online checkout is established by this website policy. Any separately introduced payment service must use its actual approved authorization process and relevant terms.
