Service Delivery & Project Scheduling Policy
Project-specific assessment, procurement, scheduling, site work, inspections and completion arrangements for Wisman Renovation.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Business and meaning of delivery
17652461 Canada Inc., operating as Wisman Renovation, provides renovation and property development planning and coordination services for Ontario properties by project arrangement. Business Number: 707706362. Business contact address: Suite 1400, 90 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Mississauga, ON L5B 3C3, Canada. Delivery means the agreed on-site services and any included procurement, supply or installation of materials and equipment.
2. From inquiry to an accepted scope
An inquiry starts a discussion of the property, objectives, proposed work and availability. Assessment needs depend on the scope and may include a site visit, information review, selections or professional input as agreed. The written quotation or project agreement defines deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, price and scheduling requirements. A conversation or website inquiry alone does not reserve a date.
3. Procurement and readiness
Material and fixture selections, any allowances, procurement responsibilities and supplier lead times must be considered for the particular project. Access, working-area preparation, required consents, permits, professional documents and trade availability may need to be in place before the relevant work starts. The project agreement identifies those responsibilities and any related conditions.
4. Project-specific timing
Start dates, sequencing, visits and expected completion are established for the actual work in the accepted agreement or documented project communications. A kitchen, bathroom, interior renovation and development-planning engagement can require different stages and timing. Any timing estimate should be read with its stated assumptions and applicable contractual and statutory rights.
5. Changes, delays and communication
Weather, concealed or existing conditions, access restrictions, permits, inspection availability, supplier or equipment availability, customer selections and accepted scope changes can affect sequencing. Relevant changes and their implications should be communicated, with revised arrangements documented where appropriate. A delay does not automatically authorize an additional charge or remove a customer’s cancellation or other statutory rights.
6. Permits, inspections and professional work
Required building, planning, condominium or other approvals and inspections depend on the property and proposed work. The accepted agreement identifies who arranges applications, fees, documents and inspections. Regulated trade, architectural or engineering work must be assigned to appropriately qualified and authorized providers. Planning, permit and inspection decisions remain with the relevant authority; an inquiry or quotation does not establish an approval.
7. Site work and completion
Site access, protection, working arrangements and cleanup responsibilities follow the agreement. Completion is considered against the accepted scope, agreed changes, required inspections where applicable and documented handover or acceptance arrangements. Outstanding items or concerns should be recorded with the project reference so they can be addressed. Completion wording does not remove statutory service-quality rights or create an unstated warranty.
8. Scheduling and service questions
Email johnathan@wismanrenovation.com with “Project scheduling” and your project reference, or call (226) 220-6455. Include the property location and the scheduling or delivery question. Availability is assessed for the particular property; this policy does not promise a universal Ontario service area, emergency response or fixed completion period. The Terms & Conditions, Payment & Deposit Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy provide related information.
